Cooking instructions: Bring large pot of salted water to a rolling boil (approx. 8 cups water per 8 oz of pasta). Add chickpea pasta, stir and reduce to a simmer. Cook to desired firmness, stirring frequently, typically takes 7-9 minutes to cook. Expect foamy water. Strain and rinse the pasta, then enjoy with your favorite sauce.
