These decorticated red lentils have had their seed coats removed allowing them to cook quickly. Lentils are an excellent source of iron, magnesium, folate, and soluble fiber.
Cooking Instructions:
- Sort through and discard any small pebbles or debris, then rinse.
- Bring to a rapid simmer, and then reduce to low heat for the rest of cooking.
- You will want to see a few bubbles in the water and some gentle movement in the lentils.
