This whole grain quinoa is a combination of red, white, and black quinoa. It has a mild nutty and earthy flavor with a light crunchy texture.
Cooking Instructions -- For best results, soak quinoa in water for a few hours or rinse thoroughly in ample running water. Makes 3 times the original volume.
- Boil 1 cup of quinoa with 1½ cups water or broth
- Add ½ 1sp of salt (optional)
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff and serve.
